EVER POWER is a manufacturer's brand under the Ever Power Group — a Hangzhou-based industrial drivetrain group with more than two decades of engineering and manufacturing history in power transmission products. The group supplies gearboxes, couplings, chains, sprockets, and related drivetrain components to industrial customers across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
The planetary-gear-set.top operation is run by EVER POWER's European entity, based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, which handles customer enquiries, sales coordination, export documentation, and logistics for European and global orders. The Rotterdam office operates as a marketing agency and overseas branch of the group; all manufacturing is performed at the group's Hangzhou facilities.
Our approach is direct: experienced technical staff, factory-controlled production, and transparent documentation. We do not broker through intermediaries. When you source from EVER POWER, your supply chain connects directly to the manufacturing facility where your components are produced.

Manufacturing Capability
Our Hangzhou facilities combine precision machining, heat treatment, and rigorous in-process inspection — giving us full control over component quality from raw material receipt to finished-gear dispatch.
Gear Cutting & Grinding
CNC hobbing and grinding machines for external, internal, and helical gear teeth. Surface finish and profile accuracy held to DIN 6 – DIN 8 grade as standard, with tighter tolerances available.
Heat Treatment
In-house carburising, case hardening, and induction hardening lines with controlled atmosphere furnaces. Hardness depth profiles provided on request for critical applications.
Precision Turning & Milling
Multi-axis CNC turning centres and machining centres handle shafts, carriers, ring gears, and housings to tight positional and dimensional tolerances.
CMM & Metrology
Coordinate measuring machines, gear testers, and surface profilometers used throughout production. Full dimensional inspection reports available per batch.
Assembly & Testing
Planetary gear stages and multi-stage gearboxes assembled in a controlled environment, run-tested under load, and sealed before packing. No-load and full-load test options available.
Material Control
20CrMnTi, 42CrMo, and 40Cr alloy steels sourced from certified mills. Incoming material subject to hardness, composition, and ultrasonic checks prior to production release.
